Program: Basic Technique
My objective: Developing many muscle groups and isolating body parts
You will learn the basic movements on the lower body and upper body. Also how
to isolate the movements in different body parts.

Intermediate
Seven classes from may 2nd until June 20th
Monday from 17:45 to 18:45
Program: Drum solo training and Saiidi
My objective: Improving accurate movements and feeling the rhythms in the dance
You will learn the basic rhythms such as BALADI, Wahda Wa Nos and Saiidi and how to move
according to the rhythm. Saiidi is a folk dance from the upper Egypt, women dance with a Saiidi
cane. Please bring the cane for your class.

Advanced
Seven classes from may 2nd until June 20th
Monday from 18:45 to 20:00
Program: Silk veil work, taqsim and arm movements.
My objective: Developing femininity and flow
You will learn how to use the space where you dance, performing very slow and fluid
movements from taqsim ( which means improvisation in arabic ). The silk veil matches
taqsim wonderfully. If you dont have a silk veil, I will be selling at the studio, they are painted
by hand and imported from Brazil.
