The Oriental concept of living is very rich because the body is not only physical, it is also mind and soul. All kinds of oriental gymnastics, martial arts, culinary and religion, take good care of these three bodies in a very deep and therapeutical way. I decided to adopt this healthy style of life practicing some Meditation ( MIND ), eating ( PHYSICAL BODY ) lots of vegetables, grains, fruits, herbs, roots, more white meat, whole wheat toasts and some dairy products, applying Reiki (SPIRIT AND PHYSICAL BODY ) massage therapy which made me connect with my mind and soul, giving Skanetix classes ( PHYSICAL AND MIND ) which taught me how to get in contact with the KI energy( is the same of Reiki, Tai chi chuan, Qi gong ) living all around us and giving me peace of mind and spirit and finally taking and giving Lymphatic Drainage massage ( PHYSICAL BODY ) which remove all toxins retained in our bodies from what we eat, drink and inhale. Living in a very busy world where money is all that matters, men have
started the process of destroying their own air, rivers, lakes, soil
and oceans with pollution. The consequences of poisoning animals with
hormones, fruits, vegetables with agricultural-poison and the water,
affect us in all ways. We end up pilling up this rubbish inside our
bodies and the only healthy way to get rid off them is taking lots of
mineral or filtered water, cleaning fruits and veggies with water and
vinegar ( leave them in a bowl soaking for about 40 minutes to get rid
off the agricultural poison ), eating fresh fish from cold waters or
clean rivers, taking lymphatic drainage massage and doing physical exercises.
There are some other tips to detox our bodies: DETOXIFICATION: Do The Basics! You hear a lot today about “detox-ing” the body. What does this really mean? Ultimately, this means reducing the stress load on the body and allowing it to cleanse itself of accumulated wastes and toxins. This can be achieved in a number of ways; but first, it is important to understand the detoxification process. The liver is considered to be the most important organ in the breakdown of wastes and toxic materials in the body. Once the liver has safely broken down these chemicals, they are “packaged” for disposal. Wastes and toxins are disposed via four organs/systems: The Lower Digestive system (colon & rectum), the Genito-urinary system (kidneys & bladder), the Integumentary system (skin, hair & nails) and the Respiratory system (Lungs, mouth & sinuses). The majority of wastes are eliminated via the colon and bladder. However, when these organs have more than their share of eliminating to do, the skin and lungs can take over. Common symptoms of poor detoxification can be alternating bouts of constipation and diarrhea, bladder or kidney infections, skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, and respiratory conditions like chronic respiratory infections and asthma. Other generalized symptoms of a back-log of toxicity are allergies, headaches and fatigue. Just like any machine, the body needs maintenance. Fortunately, the human body is a self-healing machine! That’s right, if you care for it, it will last a lifetime. Here are some different types of detoxification programs that allow the digestive, urinary, respiratory and integumentary (skin) systems to eliminate fully and completely: The
first and best step in any detoxification program would be to reduce or
eliminate toxins coming into the body. This is achieved by reducing/eliminating:
Next , drink plenty of fresh water, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats. Remember to get plenty of regular, rest and exercise (walking in nature is still one of the best).
I I decided to write more about the benefits of Lymphatic Drainage and Reiki so you can understand how it works. LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE The lymphatic system consists of a myriad of delicate vessels found in almost every tissue of the body that contains blood vessels.
Consequently, occasional congestion in the lymphatic system is common. Lymphatic Drainage is designed to drain the lymphatic system. It may help disperse lymphatic congestion, improve nutrient absorption and enhance immune function. The ingredients in Lymphatic Drainage work together to clean and tone the lymphatic system.
Don’t let your cells go to waste! You
need to know three things about the lymphatic system: Cells
produce metabolic wastes that can be toxic. If the lymphatic system doesn’t
effectively remove these toxins, cell function can be adversely affected.
Unlike the cardiovascular system’s heart, the lymphatic system lacks
its own “pump,” leaving it vulnerable to stagnation. •
During time of physical stress or lowered immune response. Lymphatic

REIKI HEALING
Reiki is very easily learned, very simple to use, and beneficial for all. It is one of many forms of healing through the use of the natural forces which were given the name Chi by ancient chinese mystics. Some forms of healing using Chi energy forces are Chi Gong, Pranic Healing, Chelation (as taught by Brabara Brennan and Rosalyn Bruyere), and Polarity Balancing. The Reiki energy is smart since the Universe is a very smart place indeed. The energy knows where to go, and what to do once it gets there, or else is being directed by a higher intelligence. The energy manages its own flow to and within the recipient. It draws through the healer exactly that amount of energy which the recipient needs. All this happens without direct conscious intervention by the healer Although Reiki energy is spiritual in nature, Reiki is not a religion. Practitioners are not asked to change any religious or spiritual beliefs they may have. They are free to continue believing anything they choose and are encouraged to make their own decisions concerning the nature of their religious practices In a standard treatment Reiki energy flows from the practitioners hands into the client. The client is usually laying on a massage table but treatments can also be given while the client is seated or even standing. The client remains fully clothed. The practitioner places her/his hands on or near the clients body in a series of hand positions on the clients charkas( main points of energy on the body ). These include positions around the head and shoulders, the stomach, and feet. Other, more specific positions may be used based on the clients needs. Each position is held for three to ten minutes depending on how much Reiki the client needs at each position. The whole treatment usually lasts between 45 and 90 minutes.
